- Contact details - name, email, phone number and installation site address (when completing the enquiry form or during a phone call)
- Operating data - IP address, browser type, visited pages (traffic measurement)
- Data from the forms - a description of the work required, which you voluntarily provide to us
3. Purpose of processing
- Handling of the enquiry, scheduling an appointment and carrying out installation or repair.
- Answers to enquiries and communication with customers
- Improving website functionality (traffic analysis)
- Marketing communication and advertising measurement (only with consent)
4. Legal basis for processing
- Contract performance / negotiations regarding the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR): processing of enquiries and orders
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) - analytical and marketing cookies
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR): website operation and security
5. Retention period
We retain inquiries and contact details for 2 years from the last communication, and for completed orders for the period stipulated by accounting and tax regulations. Operational logs are retained for 90 days.

The website uses necessary cookies for its operation and, with your consent, analytical cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Google Ads) to measure traffic and advertising performance. You can change your consent at any time in your browser settings.

8. Recipients of data
Request details are passed only to the technicians carrying out the installation, and only to the extent necessary to process the order. Analytical data is processed by Google LLC based on data processing clauses.
