Standard installation of a TV antenna takes 1-2 hours. More complex installations for apartment buildings can take the whole day.

We normally arrive within 48 hours of the order. In case of an urgent fault, we aim to arrive on the same day or the next day.

In many cases, the existing antenna is sufficient. This depends on the location and the condition of the antenna. We will carry out measurements and recommend the correct solution.

We provide a 24-month warranty on installation work. The manufacturer's statutory warranty applies to materials (at least 24 months).

We serve all of Prague. For call-outs outside Prague, we arrange individual terms by agreement.

It doesn't have to be. The most common cause is a broken coaxial cable or a corroded connector, these do more damage than an old antenna. Try retuning on another device, such as a set-top box: if it has the same problem, it's the signal or the antenna. Only an on-site measurement will give certainty.

The STA distribution system belongs to the entire building, not to a single flat; therefore, it is commissioned by the building's owners' association or housing cooperative, not by individual tenants. You can tell because neighbours across different floors complain about the picture. We will arrive to measure the condition of the distribution system and propose what needs to be adjusted.

Strong winds can displace an antenna from its alignment or bend the mount, even if it appears undamaged externally. The signal will not disappear but image quality will deteriorate and interruptions will increase. Before replacing your set-top box or television, have the antenna and its mounting inspected.

In the short term, yes, heavy rain or wet snow on the satellite dish will weaken the signal. With a well-aligned antenna, this results in a brief picture degradation, not an outage. If the signal drops every time it rains, it is more likely a sign of poor alignment than weather conditions.

Yes, we handle distribution from a single antenna or satellite to multiple rooms, including cases where you want a different source in each room, meaning both an antenna and a satellite simultaneously.
